Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked

If Mind Map I/O Pro does not work for you, e-mail support@atesensoftware.com within 14 days of a payment — the first one or a renewal — with your order number or the e-mail address you used. We ask Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to refund that payment in full and cancel the subscription. Refunds usually reach your card or account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

A refunded key is revoked and the app returns to the free plan. Maps you already created stay on your boards.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

Before you buy

The free plan imports and exports OPML and Markdown maps of up to 50 nodes, and shows a full preview of every supported file, so you can check how your files come out before paying.
