Resend my Pro key

Enter the e-mail address you used at checkout. If we find a key for it, we e-mail it to that address.

Installing and opening the app

Open the install link from the home page and choose the Miro team to add the app to.
Open a board in that team and click the Mind Map I/O icon in the apps toolbar (the “more apps” menu, if it is not pinned).
To activate Pro, open the Pro tab in the app, paste your key and press Activate.

Known limits

Miro mind map nodes hold text only. Notes, links, icons and images from your files are not shown on the board; notes can be added to the node text with an option.
Miro lays out mind maps left to right. Branches can go right, to both sides, or follow the sides saved in the file.
Very large maps are created in steps to stay within Miro’s rate limits; a 3,000-node map can take several minutes. The app shows an estimate before it starts.
Long flat lists (more than about 1,500 items directly under one topic) are added one item at a time and can take ten minutes or more. Grouping them under sub-headings is much faster.
If your browser blocks site data for apps inside Miro (private windows, some company settings), the app still works, but a Pro key is kept only until you close the board.
Password-protected XMind files and XMind exports older than XMind 8 cannot be read.
Downloads can be blocked in some browser and Miro set-ups; use Copy instead and paste into a file.
