Terms of use

Last updated: 3 October 2026. These terms are between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye (“we”). Pro subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the payment.

The app

Mind Map I/O for Miro imports outline and mind map files into Miro boards and exports maps from boards. The free plan covers maps of up to 50 nodes and the OPML and Markdown formats. Pro adds every supported format, maps of up to 3,000 nodes and colour options for as long as the subscription is paid.

Pro subscription

• Pro costs $6 per month or $48 per year (sales tax is added in the US and Canada; in most other countries the price already includes VAT or GST, and Paddle shows the total before you pay), and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt or by e-mail; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• A Pro key is for one person. Do not share or publish it. We may revoke keys that were refunded, charged back or published.

Your content and Miro

You are responsible for the files you import and the boards you change. Imports add items to your board; check the preview before creating, and use Undo if the result is not what you wanted. The app relies on Miro’s Web SDK, including its mind map interface, which Miro marks as experimental; if Miro changes or withdraws it, parts of the app may stop working until we update it, and we cannot guarantee that every Miro change can be supported.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost work or lost profits, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

Trademarks

Miro, XMind, FreeMind and the other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatible files and platforms. Mind Map I/O is not affiliated with these companies.

Changes and law

We may change these terms for future billing periods and will announce material changes by e-mail to subscribers. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
